Graham Jarvis wins Hixpania
On Friday night Jonny Walker won the Hixpania Hard Enduro 10 minute moto plus 2 laps Prologue in the square of Aguilar De Campóo, Spain. Billy Bolt was runner up with 2016 winner Alfredo Gomez in 3rd. On Day 1 the field circulated the dry bed of lake Enbalse de Aguillar. Results 1 Mario Roman 2 Jonny Walker 3 Alfredo Gomez 4 Graham Jarvis and 5 Billy Bolt Day 2 was a 2.5hr plus 2 laps race in the Quarry. Jonny Walker and Mario Roman came to line on equal points. Billy Bolt was on his toes for the Le Mans start into the cave and he took the holeshot ahead of Alfredo Gomez Jonny Walker and Mario Roman. Marathon man Graham Jarvis was almost last away but he knows how to pace himself. At the midway Brits dominated the race with Billy Bolt in first, Jonny Walker 2nd and Graham Jarvis moving up into 3rd but the real drama had not begun. Giuseppe Verdi could have written an opera about the last 20 feet of the climb to the finish under the Red Bull arch. With the stage set, Graham Jarvis almost made it to the top but even he needed to be dragged home. Billy Bolt in 2nd got entangled with a marshal while Jonny Walker - within yards of an overall win -  looped out and his KTM felled a second marshal, Alfredo Gomez responded to the Spanish chorus and almost passed Billy Bolt with plenty of Spanish stage hands stepping forward to help, From nowhere a couple of knives appeared and Billy was cut free to take second. Alfredo was 3rd and Jonny was 4th, As the excitement reached a crescendo, local hero Mario Roman arrived . In a single bound he vanquished the monstrous hill alone and somewhere the fat lady sang, - Details

Gobbler Getter Enduro
SRT Off-road's Steward Baylor topped the Gobbler Getter National Enduro - the final round of the series and by doing so claimed this second National Enduro title. Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Thad DuVall came into the final round sitting two points behind Baylor in the series standings, so basically, the Alabama round amounted to a winner take all affair. However, the tone for the race was set in the very first test when Baylor turned the fastest time by 11 seconds over DuVall.
