STOP PRESS : Due to recent popularity of the first round of this years BEC with the entries filling up within a day and many people missing out, the ACU Trials and Enduro Committee has taken the decision to allow competitors to drop one day of this year’s championship. Therefore, riders that may have missed the entry deadline for the Witley event have the opportunity to contest the championship this year.

Graham Jarvis wins 2018 Tough One
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna's Graham Jarvis won the 2018 Tough One in Nantmawr Quarry. South African Travis Teasdale was runner up and David Knight was 3rd on a GasGas. Jonno Richardson was 4th and James Dent 5th. Juan Knight finished 5th overall to take the Expert Vets class. Paul Bolton withdrew with a stomach bug whilst running in 2nd. Sam Ludgate was the Expert class - one minute ahead of Ben Wibberley and Charlie Frost was 3rd. Stuart Mack won the morning race. Vet Alex Owen was runner up and Tom Knight was 3rd. Mark Houson in 6th was the Best Over 50. Results

Le Touquet

Milko Potisek won the 2018 Le Touquet Beach Race
Nathan Watson was runner up; Jamie McCanney had to pit with a mechanical problem but he still finished in the top 10 in his first Le Touquet. 

The event will be at our Ceri venue on the 11th March with a 14km route. The event will use the minimum of forest roads linking the flowing terrain and open trails with some Farmland going for a good rideable and enjoyable days sport. Details

As the sun has set on yet another TOUGH ONE EXTREME ENDURO.... 
It is time to thank all concerned in the production and delivery of last weekend’s fantastic event.
As I write this ...Exactly a week ago, The most famous voice in Motorcycling, Jack Burnicle was just firing up his Microphone and his superb vocals were bellowing around the even more famous Nantmawr Quarry, cars where starting to pull in full of excited spectators and an army of staff and helpers of the WOR Events team were on standby, as the 13th edition of the TOUGH ONE kicked off… Even the weather was kind as a blue sky and low winds and a temperature in double figures blessed the day’s proceedings. Lincolnshire Enduro Club

LEC dates announced
After a successful debut year in the sport, Lincolnshire Enduro Club have just announced the dates for their forthcoming 2018 Hare and Hounds series sponsored by Gear 4 and Moto 4 motorcycles. Whilst most of the venues are yet to be confirmed, the first race which is on the 4th March /will be at Ashby Puerorum, (Horncastle). One round can be dropped in the year. The other race dates as follows.... 8/4/18... 13/5/18... 10/6/18... 8/7/18... 5/8/18... 9/9/18... 7/10/18... 4/11/18. Riders please note that the race on 5/8/18 will not be part of the race series but will be a one off. Whilst planning is in its early stages, it's likely to be a 6 hour "Marathon" where a rider can enter as a solo rider or in a team of two. As the infamous Dawn to Dusk is just a few weeks later, this could be utilised as perfect practice. All details of that and other race venues etc will be confirmed as soon as the club can finalise them. All details will be posted on the clubs Facebook page.
