Fast Eddy - Train in Spain
Puigdemont Enduro School
Report to Richard Freeman

After a couple of days riding, at the Puigdemont Enduro School near Girona and the Amazing St Hilari facility, Day 3 saw the boys, and Katie Walker, resume their Training, joined by The Knighter, at Hostalric MX park.

On this tight, twisty and technical track with lap times around 1 min 30 secs the riding was a real work out for everyone on an overcast, but warm, 18 degrees day.

With David Knight, and Jack Edmondson, both contesting, the up coming FIM World Indoor SuperEnduro Championship Round 1 in Poland, in 2 weeks time, these two bridged the generation gap by pushing each other's fitness and technique on this increasingly, rough circuit!

Even, Fast Eddy, tested himself as all 3 ended the day, 4 secs apart, David, 2 secs, faster, than Jack.

There was also good improvements from Katie, Elliott Bradshaw and Ethan Pugh

Today, David and Jack are on a SuperEnduro Extreme track with logs, tyres and rocks etc, while Paul Eddy is training, Katie, Elliott, Ethan, Lexi and Big Paul on a variety of techniques at Puigdemont Enduro School base, where we are all staying.

A bit of rain has fallen overnight, but the sun is coming up now for another, cracking days riding.
