EXTREME RAVINES
25 APRIL 2015

Extreme Ravines is the ultimate test of extreme riding  The 40 km per lap course is set high above Helmsley using hidden ravines with steep sides and rocky bottoms, smaller gullies and long off cambers. On route the riders will pass through a number of check points dependant on the class. As clerk of the course I have drawn on the skills of the World’s best extreme rider Graham Jarvis to set out the pro/expert route and I have set the route for the sporting men. The clubmen lap will be a little bit of both.

There are 3 routes that have been planned for the pro/expert, clubman, sportsman and sportsman team each of the routes will challenge the relevant class.

There are no bottomless bogs or endless rut paddling in this event. It will be very European in style.

The riding time will be around 2 + hours for the winning pro/expert class rider. No multi laps here

The rest of the field will have 5 hours to get around thier route.

Sportsman team must contain 1 genuine sportsman rider and a riders from any other class from sportsman to pro. The time is on the slowest rider in the team. I hope this class proves as popular as it is in Europe great to see riders working hard helping each other push on . The event is no help apart from riders helping each other unless officially sanctioned by the organizer

There is no qualifying, Riders will start in their class le man’s style. There is a limit of 100 riders. Enter now www.dirtbike-action.co.uk
