ACU Awards Presentation

The annual ACU Award Presentations were held at the National Motorcycle Museum for the 2nd time on Saturday 23rd January.

Frazer Norrie, Lee Sealey and Tom Sagar received their 2015 ISDE and European Championship medals from T&E Chairman John Collins.

Frazer Norrie won the Welsh trophy as a member of the best British club team at the ISDE in Slovakia plus the Tim Ward Award and 2nd in the Trophy team event in the European Enduro Final, Frazer will be supported by Sherco in 2016.

Lee Sealey collected 2015 ISDE Gold medal, As well as 2nd in European Enduro championship under 20 125 class, Lee was also a member of the European Trophy runner up team. In 2016 he will be riding for the new Yamaha Offroad Experience Enduro Team.

Tom Sagar was the E2 and overall winner of 2015 FIM European Enduro Championship as well as the 3rd member of the UEM Trophy runner up team. He will also be supported by Sherco in 2016.

ACU Chairman Brian Higgins commented "This is the second year we have held the ACU Awards at the National Motorcycle Museum. The Museum is a wonderful venue and just the right venue for the ACU to be able to showcase all our various sport disciplines. Over the last couple of years the ACU Awards has gone from strength to strength. Lots of video clips with one or two Champions riding their bikes to the stage just adds to this special occasion. I even rode my own Trials bike through the audience to the stage this year and that was a really nice thing to do. The Museum also allowed any person with a ticket for the Awards free entry to look around and see the wonderful display of motorcycles which added great value to the weekend".
