Walker maintains SuperEnduro championship lead KTM mounted Jonny Walker remains at the head of the 2015/16 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship following a third place overall result at round four of the series in Brazil. Event winner in Argentina, Jonny arrived in Brazil holding an 11-point championship lead. Looking to maintain his position at the head of the series he produced three strong motos to end the night third overall. Jonny remains nine points clear at the head of the championship standings with events in the Czech Republic and Spain remaining. Riding tight in the night's first final Jonny nevertheless made a solid start to the event and placed third. Hitting his stride in the second final he secured the race win, setting up an all-important third and last final. Not wanting to take any unnecessary risks around the slippery track, Jonny looked set to end his night with a runner-up result. But in taking a safer outside line around the very last corner he was passed by Cody Webb and placed third. Round five of the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship takes place in Prague, the Czech Republic on March 12.
