WOR SE TIMCARD ENDURO WOR's New Format SCE Timecard Enduro went off superbly last Sunday. The Short Course Enduro had a 10 mile lap that included a 2 mile special test, The track and the weather were simply perfect for the full house of riders. Literally all of the riders that took part could not state enough praise for the slick and easily ran organisation of the event and the great atmosphere and craic that surrounded the day.
The event had no Expert classes and this went down really well with other classes and also catered for kids to have a go at an old school , traditional Enduro with a timecard to fill out and a 4 special tests to attack. The Overall winner was Lee Thomas on his Honda with Runner Up Raife Mcdonald only 3 seconds behind him on his Husky. The other classes were topped by Chris Berry in the Clubman Vets, Chris Kent in the Sportsman on his Old 03 KTM, Mick Mills in the Sportsman Vets finally winning his class after 15 years of trying, Phillip George in the Over 50's, Nathan Gaade in the Novices and Youth winner was Jac George.
The event check times and level of difficulty out on the going where set perfectly and the general shout out from all the riders at the end was "When is the next one??" Watch this space from WOR Events."
