Enduro GP of Greece Greece did not keep it's promises in terms of the weather! The protagonists of the Enduro World Championship did not expect the third Grand Prix of the season to be on wet and slippery terrain but the configuration did not bother Loïc Larrieu who delivered an almost perfect performance by winning a second place on Saturday and then by getting a win on Sunday. Cris Guerrero had to retire on the first day after a fall caused him a shoulder injury. Despite the Spaniard's pain he went on to get a good fifth place on the following day. Loic Larrieu: "I am really happy with my weekend Ahead of the Grand Prix we completed a few settings on my bike and I got a good feeling from the start of the race Unlike the two previous Grand Prix.. I kept up a good pace from the first lap and I did not let go. just like all the other riders I did some falling off during the weekend, including Saturday which cost me dearly in time. the bike is on top now and I am looking forward to the next round of France championship. a big thank you to the team for all the work done this weekend and a small blink of particular look at my mechanic Nicolas who had to spend the week in hospital after a severe flu which degenerated. "
Cris Guerrero: "The ground was really hard and I could not avoid the fall Unfortunately I dislocated shoulder and I did not have no choice but to surrender to possibly preserve my second run. . the next day I had the speed and feel but I could not be 100%, my shoulder hurt a lot. Still I preserves a correct classification in the championship and I'm confident for the next Grand Prix . " Marc Bourgeois, the team manager, "This weekend is a success in every way. I'm really happy to see the progress and Loïc Although Cris Cris was forced to abandon Saturday he has gained much speed from Portugal. from his side Loïc corrected its start to the race from the first lap and it proved incisive. We were able to finalize some settings on the bike and Loïc was able to enjoy it. the first two Grand Prix of the season had intended to put confidence in drivers with 450 WRF and we aim to ramp from Greece. the staff did a great job and I thank them, Loïc's win is before while a team where everyone takes its role. I remain lucid, yet we have work for our pilots to confirm and further progress. " Next event on the championship of France this time, for the second event to be held in Chemillé-sur-Indrois next weekend.
