Major storms in Abruzzo Once again the 2016 Italian Enduro Championship has been disrupted by the weather. This time it was the Major's turn to get a drenching as rain soaked the Abruzzo town of Torricella Sicura on Sunday, June 5th at the halfway point of the season. The storms were so severe that the race director was forced to cancel the final lap duevto the impracticability of the terrain. It was a difficult decision, especially after the great work done by Motoclub Falchilaga, organizer of the event, but it was necessary for the safety of participants. The race was won by Fausto Scovolo ahead of Roberto Bazzurri by less than two seconds! Andrea Belotti (pictured) was 3rd.
