Blake Gutzeit leads the South African squad

One of the first riders we presented was Wade Young. Unfortunately he injured himself at the Red Bull Sea to Sky and had to withdraw from the GetzenRodeo.

However there will be at least 2 riders from South Africa on the start line, maybe even three, because the first female rider - Kirsten Landman – might join her fellow countrymen - but that will be decided last-minute.
Wade Young will be replaced by Kyle Flanagan on a 4-stroke-Sherco. Kyle already has great experience in Extreme Enduro, which he proved last week at Red Bull Sea to Sky ending on 10th place.

Blake Gutzeit brings also great expectations with him. He is supported by Holger Dettmann and has some relationship to our state of Saxony, because he rides a Yamaha now for the Neubert Racing team.
So if you want to see Jarvis, Enoeckl, Walker, Teucher, Hemingway, Apolle, both Lettenbichler’s and the South African riders live mark the 29th of October in your calendar!
