7 days to the event

Alfredo Gomez the challenger

Two years ago the Spaniard Alfredo Gomez Cantero was on the start line here on a Husqvarna. Now he visits the Ore Mountains as part of the KTM factory squad.

He'll be wanting to improve his result this year, because at the last GetzenRodeo he narrowly missed the podium by placing fourth. He will live up to his motto „Never give up“.

Leon Hentschel – in his first Extreme Enduro straight into the finish

Next to Florian Görner there is another very promising youngster in Germany. His name is Leon Hentschel, he lives in Northern Germany which is a little unusal for Extreme Enduro. But he brings the needed technique, because from his childhood on he's been sitting on a trial's bike. He has a perfect mentor, his dad Michael Hentschel, for several years the mechanic for Andreas Lettenbichler.

Leon Hentschel showed that he has the skills also on an Enduro bike at Red Bull Sea to Sky despite being only 16 years old. Two weeks ago that was his first Extreme Enduro, and he right away placed himselve inside the top twenty. He rewarded himselve by crossing the finish line, which only 24 riders out of the 220 started accomplished.

Mario Roman for the first at the GetzenRodeo

For the first time the team mate of Graham Jarvis , Mario Roman, comes to the Ore Mountains. The young Spain started his career in classic Enduro and was 125ccm world champion in 2010 .

His first contacts to Extreme Enduro he made in 2014 and had his first considerable success in 2015 by placing second at Hell's Gate in Italy.

Kenny Loetzsch - the very busy Ore Mountain man

Kenny Loetzsch is probably right now the man who spends the most race time on his bike. This weekend he starts at the legendary „Rund um Zschopau“, next week the KTM Sturm pilot starts at the GetzenRodeo.

Already in 2012 the Drebach native started here and placed 19th.

So if you want to see Jarvis, Roman, Gomez, Enöckl, Walker, Teucher, Hemingway, Apolle, both Lettenbichler's and their colleagues live mark the 29th of October in your calendar!
