  Daryl
Bolter takes a break
Daryl Bolter has achieved a great deal in his Enduro career. He has
secured 8 British Enduro Championship and 2 European Championship titles. a
3rd in the World Junior Championship and he is a 5 times winner of the
International Welsh Two Day. He has also won 3 Gold medals representing
Great Britain at the International Six Days and he has achieved all this in
the quiet unassuming manner that has made him one of the most popular riders
in the paddock.
Unfortunately after winning yet another BEC title this year Daryl has had
to re-assess his future and he has issued the following statement.

Hello everybody,
I’m afraid to say the time has come for me to give racing the British
enduro championship a rest for a while, I have had a great year and was
rewarded with winning the E1 British championship again. I was just about
all set to continue my racing with KTM again but due to some personal
reasons I will not be able to commit to racing at the top end of the British
championship, and if I cannot commit 100% to it then it’s the right
decision to step back.
I hope to keep riding when I can with doing some coaching and the odd
event but for now I must say a massive thankyou to all my sponsors past and
present, to my family for the endless support, to everyone that helps me at
the events and to anyone who has ever cheered me on or followed what I do,
without all your help and encouragement I would have never been able to
achieve what I have,
I’m booked in to ride the witley BXDE on the 28th December and this
will be my last race for a while, It’s always a good event so I look
forward to seeing you there,
Hope to see you soon
Daryl Bolter
