New Husqvarna Dealership in Carlisle

WM MOTO is the new off-road motorcycle branch of long established Cumbrian company WM PLANT, in Carlisle, who specialise in the hire, sales, spares and repairs of Construction & Horticultural machinery, the likes of generators and pressure washers, as well as lawn mowers and ride ons.

WM MOTO is Cumbria and South Scotland’s only Authorised Husqvarna Motorcycle dealership. Since starting WM MOTO in September 2016 we have been fantastically well received by all the local riders and those from further afield. It has been massively helped by the support and encouragement we have received from Husqvarna UK. David Edwards, Thomas Gillingham and Fionn Griffiths have been a really helpful to us in our first sixth months, as well as the backup team in Silverstone. The Product is an excellent one and I believe in the Heritage which the brand is based on, they’re cracking bikes across the full range.

We have managed to build a small but quality team of Riders across the two main disciplines MX & Enduro, within local championships, Maxxis MX1, Ecosse XC Championship and the Womens World Enduro GP! Our Team Riders are Jane Daniels, Jay Lamb, Shane Tolson, Adam Slavin, Robbie Park and Cristina Palmer. We are building up our customers and trying to offer customer loyalty bonuses and excellent service across the board. Our customers are our business and we are trying to provide a good offering across all brands, including Husqvarna, Alpinestars, Leatt, Airoh, Pro Carbon, FMF, Acerbis and many more.

We have teamed up and supported the Ecosse XC H&H Events which have run over winter and will continue through the year ahead. They are great events, well attended by a wide range of riders with proper pedigree attending events, Billy Bolt, Shaun Simpson and Fraser Flockhart amongst others. The events are organised by Stevie Palmer, Mark Ritchie and James Dodds, with help and support from many others to ensure events go off without a hitch.

We are very much looking forward to the year ahead and hope to see more of you at events throughout the year.
