The ACU British Sprint Championship

Seven weeks! That’s all you have left to get fit, fast and ready for the UK’s premier Sprint Championship.

The 2017 ACU British Sprint Championship gets underway on May 20th and 21st for two rounds of rapid action at Rogers Hill Raceway, Dorset.

This will be the first of the three weekend, six round Championship events and will be packed with both World class and British Championship riders. Fortunately they will mainly be in the Pro class, which leaves plenty of opportunities for mere mortals who have a choice of Expert, Clubman, Veterans, Youth and Sportsman classes.

Jack Edmondson will be putting in an appearance or two, finding time between his hectic GNCC schedule to represent Husqvarna UK in the pro class and he will be joined by a number of world and national champions, all competing at the highest level in this top notch event series.

Rogers Hill Raceway will feature a single Special Test, as will Bicton, which hosts rounds 3&4 of the series, both tests will be MX/Enduro types but the final weekend at Green Hall Farm will see two tests across a very large venue and the terrain will cover a multitude of types. Green Hall Farm is huge and two very long tests will be a fitting finale to the series.

The Bicton Farm weekend is scheduled for July 15-16th with the final two rounds at Green Hall Farm on August 12-13th.

All rounds are to count in the championship and trophies will be awarded on the day.

Entry costs remain the same as last season: £100 for the weekend, £60 for single days. Numbers are limited to 120 at each round and entries are now open and can be booked by calling 01543 370070 or 07889 924560
