Rhayader BEC update

Entries will open on Wednesday Evening 2nd May at 8:00pm

The event will take place on 24th, 25th & 26th August over the Bank Holiday weekend. It will be based at Cwmythig Hill, near Rhayader in the heart of picturesque Mid Wales.

All the normal classes: Championship, Expert, Clubman, Women, Over 40’s & Over 50’s are catered for. Plus Sidecars on Saturday & Sportsmen on Sunday.
This will be a round on the ACU British & Welsh Solo & Sidecar Enduro Championships.

We are restricted on 180 entries, the event did fill up within a week last time it was held in 2016 so get this in your diary, one not too miss.
The route will use the local forests & two special tests will be used per lap, one being a MX type test at Cwmythig & an XC type test at Saintswell.

Hafren Club are kindly helping again by looking after the XC test, while RYMXC are looking after the MX test.

There is a full weekend of entertainment organised starting off with the spectacular PROLOGUE on the Friday Evening for Championship & Experts.

Again we will have the big circus tent at Cwmythig, with live entertainment on the Friday, Saturday & Sunday Evenings. Good Catering & Toilet Facilities – Licensed Bar – Children’s Bouncy Castle – Rodeo Bull – Hog Roast plus much more! Free camping – ALL WELCOME!

A lot of effort has already gone into the event with lots more to follow. The club are on the lookout for any sponsors, no matter how big or small. Also we are always short of helpers before & during the event, so if anyone fancies helping in anyway please let us know. We do have a few surprises lined up too, so as they say watch this space!

So don’t forget the date, get it into your entries – Wednesday Evening 2nd May at 8:00pm.
