Getzenrodeo 2018 – The Entry List

It is race week. The GetzenRodeo 2018 is at the door steps.

Curiously everybody is waiting for final list of riders of the 7th edition of the legendary Extreme Enduro in the heart of the Ore Mountains.
As Matthias Schubert from the organising club GetzenRodeo e.V. said, about 100 riders entered for the limited starting places. „Our field of riders is once again a balanced mix of international top riders and ambitioned local pilots.“

Topping the list is again Graham Jarvis. The three times winner wants to be back at the top podium position and add another title to his success series.

His closest rivals will be the Spaniards Mario Roman and Alfredo Gomez, these three also filled the podium at the Hixpania race in Spain last weekend.

For the first time taking part in the GetzenRodeo is Wade Young, the South African, comes also highly motivated to the Ore Mountains having recently won the „Sea to Sky“ Extreme Enduro in Turkey.

High expectations can also be put on Manuel Lettenbichler, the man from Kiefersfelden is on fire to battle for a top position in front of his German home crowd.

Riders from 13 different countries will take part in the battle.

The regional forefront is represented by Marcel Teucher. The guy from Wiesa started at all big and important European events and is at the 35th position in the ranking of over 1000 riders of the World Enduro Super Series, a championship where all top Extreme Enduro pilots take part.

The GetzenRodeo starts on Sunday October 21st 2018 at 12 o'clock traditionally with a canon bang.

Already on Saturday there is a lot going on for the spectators: Autograph session, riders presentation
and big opening party.

All infos concerning parking, time table and entrance fees follow Wednesday.
