Cancellation of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2021 - The date for 2022 is fixed After the publication of the new COVID-19 regulations by the Austrian federal government and a thorough evaluation of the effects on the event, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2021 has to be canceled. With the announcement of the new event date in 2022, preparations begin for the renowned event next year. Last Saturday, April 24th, 2021, the Austrian federal government published the long-awaited new COVID-19 regulations and guidelines for Austria. Among other things, new regulations for the sports and events industry for the coming months were announced here. In the last few months, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo organizer crew have worked out several scenarios for a successful and safe implementation of the renowned motorcycle off-road sport event on the first weekend in June 2021 in order to be best prepared for new regulations. After the detailed evaluation of the currently enacted regulations and the examination of the consequences for each individual area of ??the event, it is clear: “Compliance with the new regulations and guidelines of the Austrian federal government makes it impossible to hold the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2021. We fought to the end and played through every possible scenario, in the end all we have to do is decline, ”said Red Bull Erzbergrodeo mastermind Karl Katoch. As part of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo COVID-19 guarantee, all registered participants will be reimbursed their entire entry fee without any deductions. The same applies to all visitors who have already purchased an entry ticket or a VIP ticket for the 2021 event. More information will be published shortly on redbullerzbergrodeo.com.
“We are now looking to the future and are fully focused on the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2022. I would like to thank all participants, partners, supporters and our crew for the unbridled enthusiasm for the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo. We will return in full strength in 2022 and celebrate the extreme enduro sport on Berg aus Eisen together with motorcycle off-road athletes and fans from all over the world ", says Karl Katoch, who also announces the event date for the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2022: Red Bull Erzbergrodeo 2022
