The Cwm Lladdfa

2 x Extreme Enduro events on Sunday the 9th of January
1 x 2 Hour Hare and Hound event suitable for big adventure bikes on Saturday the 8th of January
2 x 1 hour Hare and Hound events for Youth riders aged 8-16 on Saturday the 8th of January.

Cwm Lladdfa meaning "Slaughter Valley" is named after a valley to the north of the venue where the last Celtic Tribe of Wales the Silures were slaughtered by the Romans after two years of war during the Roman Invasions. The two day event hosting 5 different competitions 3 of which feature in the South Wales Extreme and Trail Bike Championships will be held in Margam Open Cast and run by Maesteg Motorcycle Club/Sherco Offroad. Saturday will see a flowing course over the three events with Sunday bring an extreme enduro spectacle with an easier Extreme enduro in the morning and a full blooded war in the afternoon. A lot of time and investment has gone into this event and moving forward the club is hoping to bring top quality enduro events to South Wales.
