Sherco Offroad Maesteg MCCs Cwm Lladdfa Extreme Enduro on 8/9th January 2022 tested the competitors as heavy rain blew in from the West drenching the Saturday Youth and Trail Bike races.

Jacob Wilson (85cc) clocked up 28 laps to win the Youth race and George Sheldon (65cc winner pictured) - with 26 laps - was runner up.

Alex Dawson was the Best Clubman and he topped the Trail Bike Race. Tim Mitcheli wrestled the Multi Cylinder win away from the rest of the field and Sam Kelly was the Best Single Cylinder.

Sunday morning dawned bright and clear. Over 40's Lee Cornish was the fastest in the morning race. Clubman Lori Waite was runner up.

Charlie Frost won the Championship class in the afternoon's main event ahead of Lee Sampson and Joe Wootton.

Charlie said "Hats off to Sherco Offroad - MMCC & Harry Hillier-Rees for the efforts involved with making The Cwm Lladdfa Extreme event run today ???? A new event with some proper hard going terrain and obstacles. Slight mess up on the first lap, with every other rider missing the rock garden, put me from the lead back down to 7th. But got my head down and cracked on to bring it back ???? Bitta bar banging action last lap with Joe Wootton made for an interesting finish. But stoked with a win onboard the Beta UK 300 RR".
