STEVE HOLCOMBE EXCITED TO GET 2022 ENDUROGP SEASON STARTED Steve Holcombe gets back to business this coming weekend as the Beta Factory Racing star gears up for the 2022 FIM Enduro GP World Championship opener in Spain. • Steve heads to Spain for EnduroGP opener. After a busy and fruitful off season, seven - time FIM Enduro World Champion Steve Holcombe has his sights set on getting his 2022 campaign off to a solid start on Spanish soil in Lalin , in the northwest corner of the country . Making a switch to the Beta RR 4T Racing 390 for 2022, Steve will look to fight for both the EnduroGP and Enduro2 titles he last held in 2020. Following what proved to be an injury and illness riddled 2021 season , Steve is determined to put his mis fortune s firmly behind him and get things off to a strong start . With goals placed on the pod ium , and focused firmly on the top step, the Beta rider is hoping the tests of Lalin will be to his liking .
With a long Enduro GP season ahead, the championship will take in seven rounds across mainland Europe. Round one in Spain will be backed up by round two the following weekend in Portugal. A five - week break sees racing resume in Italy at the end of June before returning to Po rtugal for round four one week later. Slovakia and Hungary host round five and six in July and August, before the iconic Zschopau signs things off in Germany in October. Steve Holcombe: “I’m really looking forward to getting started in
