BEC Rnd 1 & 2 - 2014

The 8th & 9th March saw the start of the 2014 British Enduro Championship. The weather, venue and organisation were top notch. Each day consisted of 3 laps with 2 tests per lap. The first of which was tight & technical through a wood where precision and patience paid off and saw me post joint second fastest time in class on the first run through. The second test was much more open and flowing which gave me the chance to discover the full benefits of the 350 KTM. My times improved on each subsequent test which gave me an overall 3rd place in the clubman class for the day. On Day 2, I again started well with the second fastest time and the test times continued to fall throughout the day to give him another 3rd place overall. A good solid start to the 2104 campaign. Many thanks go to my Rallymoto supporters including Rod for the loan of the bike which has made this start to the season possible
