After taking a couple of years out it looks like James “The
Machine” Giddings is back to full fitness and back up to speed with a
victory in the SEEC championships at Woodberry Lane, had it most of his
way but was pushed by Mark Kirby and Si Beken but “The Machine” was

Dirt Bike Club raises £25,000 for charity.
With a recent £5,000 donation to Glangwili Cancer Unit (Carmarthen Hospital)
DDBC have passed the £25,000 raised for local charities.
This is even more remarkable as it has been achieved in the short 11 year
history of the West Wales club.
DDBC run two events a year, The Brechfa Rally in March and The Arwyn Rees Caio
Enduro in May. These two events have now become the must do events of the
rally and enduro riders calendar and attract over 150 entries for each event.
At the clubs recent AGM chairman Cefin Evans thanked all the members and the
local community for their hard work, support and generosity throughout the
year. He added without all these people DDBC wouldn't be the success it is.
September will see a large number of DDBC riders travel to the Isle of Man to
compete in the Tour of Man Rally. For more information on DDBC you can find us

Gotts a new Beta
To raise funds for the ACU ISDE Team Lee Edmondson came up with the
inspired initiative to raffle off a brand new Beta RR300. The draw was
held at the Tarenig round of the ACU Edmondson Racing British Enduro
Championship in Llanidloes Rugby Club on Saturday night and the lucky
winner - announced by ACU ISDE Team Manager Dusty Martin - was John
Gotts. It was a popular win as John is the father of ISDE Junior Team
member Josh Gotts and he has made a considerable contribution to the
team's funds. The British team will be leaving for Slovakia at the end
of the month and we wish them all the best. The Welsh team also held a
fundraising raffle on the night and thanks to ET James for their
support.

Moped Race
Enduroland's tribute to Kev Bull, the Gumbull Moped Race, captured the
pure essence of racing on Friday evening as a rag-tag selection of
mopeds and even more ragged crew of riders took part in this fantastic
tribute to raise money for Macmillan Cancer charity. Details
